FAQ

No spin. Just the limits.

The questions buyers ask after the demo, answered before the sales call. If an answer here contradicts a competitor’s brochure, check who is selling you what.

Product

Does VividProp create a 3D tour?

No. It produces a linear film from photographs. A navigable 3D model needs a different capture process, and we do not sell one.

What is Fidelity mode?

Deterministic animation of the original photos: crops, pans, zooms and pacing. No pixel content is invented, so rooms and furniture stay exactly as photographed.

What is Cinematic AI?

An optional mode that generates each scene from a restrained prompt. You preview scenes, regenerate the ones you dislike, and the model version stays in the project record.

Can it invent a corridor between two rooms?

It should not. Cinematic prompts forbid transitions that imply unphotographed spaces, but AI output is not guaranteed. That is exactly why fidelity is the default and AI is opt-in.

Which formats can I export?

The pipeline targets MP4 H.264 at 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 from the same scene plan. Your plan decides which formats are included. Rendering is not enabled during early access.

Why is there no demo video on this site?

Because no real customer film has been rendered. We will not use stock footage or a competitor's reel to imply a result we have not produced.

Language & branding

Which languages are supported?

English, French and Thai at launch, for both the interface and video copy. Thai uses a Thai-native font and appropriate line-breaking.

Can the interface be in one language and the video in another?

Yes. They are separate settings. A French agency can produce an English listing film for an international buyer.

Do I have to re-enter my brand for each project?

No. A brand kit stores colours, logo, contact details and call to action, and is applied to every project in the workspace.

Can each agent have a different brand?

The Agency plan is built around multiple brand kits. Starter and Studio use a shared kit, which is the point: one standard across the team.

Billing & data

Can I buy credits now?

Not yet. Billing is being implemented with Stripe Checkout and server-verified price selection. Early access workspaces are free and no card is collected.

Will I see the cost before I commit?

Yes. Scene count, options, credits required and regeneration limits are shown before you confirm. The browser cannot choose the price.

What happens if a generation fails?

Reserved credits are released or refunded according to the published policy, depending on whether the provider already charged for the attempt. Every movement is recorded in the ledger.

Where are my photos stored?

They will live in a private object bucket scoped to your organisation, accessed through short-lived signed URLs. The organisation prefix is not the security boundary: membership is checked on every request. Uploads are not enabled during early access.

Do you train models on my photos?

No. Photos are used to produce your film. Third-party providers receive only the inputs needed for the selected mode, under their own terms.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, subject to legal retention obligations for invoices and fraud prevention. The deletion procedure and retention periods are described in the draft privacy policy.

Still deciding?

Create the workspace, set the brand, invite the team. It costs nothing during early access and it is the fastest way to see whether the workflow fits how your agency actually operates.
