The pipeline

From camera roll to cut.

No timeline. No render farm. No “we’ll fix it in post”. Six review points between the photos you already own and a film you can publish — with the cost visible before the heavy machinery starts.

  1. 01

    Property details

Title, type, location, price, surface, rooms and contact call to action. The script is built from these facts — it does not invent a sea view.

  2. 02

    Private photo upload

JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 25 MB each, 20 photos per project. Orientation is normalised, EXIF is stripped, and the files never become public.

  3. 03

    Creation settings

Fidelity or Cinematic AI, primary format, target duration, style, language, music and optional voice-over. Every choice is stored with the project.

  4. 04

    Content review

Editable script, per-scene text, brand kit and CTA. The full scene plan is visible before a single request reaches a provider.

  5. 05

    Cost approval

Scene count, options, credits required and regeneration limits. You confirm explicitly; the browser cannot choose the price or the discount.

  6. 06

    Generation and export

Durable background jobs with real progress. Leave the page, come back to a ready film, download the formats included in your plan.

Under the hood

What runs behind the progress bar.

A property film is a financial transaction with a video attached. The pipeline is built in that order.

Validation

Rights, organisation membership, file types, dimensions and parameters are checked before a job exists.

Atomic reservation

Credits move from available to reserved in one transaction, keyed by idempotency so a retry cannot double-charge.

Durable job

The job survives a closed browser and a worker restart. Stale locks are detected and recovered.

Provider abstraction

Every call records request id, model version and cost. UI code never talks to a video provider.

Assembly

FFmpeg handles deterministic cuts, aspect ratios and audio. No long render runs inside a web request.

Settlement

Consumption on success; release or refund on failure according to the written policy. Every movement is ledgered.

Output spec

One scene plan. Four cuts.

The same approved scenes are reframed for each ratio without stretching the property. The target spec is fixed before the first render, not discovered after.

The look

Cinematic texture, honestly labelled.

These are brand images, not frames from a customer film. They show the visual register VividProp is aiming for — not a promised output for your property.

Clear limits

The things we will not pretend.

  • VividProp is not a 3D walkthrough and does not reconstruct floor plans.
  • Fidelity mode does not generate rooms, furniture or architecture.
  • Cinematic AI can alter a scene; it is opt-in and previewed scene by scene.
  • Voice-over is optional and uses a separate provider; its cost is shown before generation.
  • Automatic import from property portals is not available at launch.

What is live today

The workspace is real. The render is next.

  • Verified accounts and password reset
  • Organisations, roles and invitations
  • Private workspace isolation, tested server-side
  • Credit ledger and atomic reservations
  • Internal operations panel with mandatory TOTP

Property import, upload and rendering are the next milestone. They are not presented as available before they are.
