Draft, not legal advice

This text is a working draft prepared for the product build. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific advice. No billing or public generation launches before review.

This draft explains how credits behave when a generation fails. Billing is not yet live; no payments are collected during early access.

1. Before generation

Credits are reserved when a job starts, not when you open the project. Reserved credits remain visible in your balance and cannot be spent twice.

2. Failed before provider cost

If validation fails, a provider rejects the request before processing, or the job is cancelled before submission, the reservation is released in full.

3. Failed after provider cost

If a provider already charged for an attempt, that cost is not fully refundable. The project summary states the maximum exposure before confirmation, and the ledger records the actual consumption. Any goodwill adjustment is made by staff with an audit trail.

4. Unsatisfactory output

Fidelity output is deterministic: the same photos and settings produce the same result, so dissatisfaction with a faithful render is not a defect. Cinematic AI includes a stated number of scene regenerations. Additional attempts are charged as new generations.

5. Subscriptions and packs

Subscription cancellation stops renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period. Unused subscription credits expire at period end unless stated otherwise. Purchased credit packs follow the validity displayed at purchase. Statutory withdrawal rights are not limited by this draft.

6. How to request a review

Email [email protected] with the workspace, project and job reference. We answer with the job attempts, provider cost and the applicable rule rather than a generic refusal.
