A film is only useful if it lands where the listing lives. Downloads come per aspect ratio with the captions already timed, and a review link lets a seller or a client watch without an account.
How it is meant to work
Share links with an expiry
A review link is a signed, expiring URL scoped to one project. Revoking it does not delete the film, and it never exposes another organisation's assets.
Files that name themselves
Downloads carry the property reference, ratio and version, so an agency inbox with forty listings stays sortable.

Questions
Will the download carry a watermark?
No. Paid exports are clean. Review links carry a small corner mark until the project is approved, which is the only watermark in the product.
Where are the files stored?
In a private object bucket scoped to your organisation, served through short-lived signed URLs. Membership is checked on every request; the storage prefix is not the security boundary.
