Use case · Agent or stager handling vacant properties

Furnish the empty room, label the result

Empty or tired interiors that need a furnished frame — with disclosure that cannot be removed.

A vacant flat photographs as a series of white boxes. Staging sells the potential — but a staged image passed off as a photograph is a misrepresentation with a licensing consequence in most markets. This page describes the intended workflow, not a feature you can use.

What you can do today

  • Nothing. Virtual staging is not scheduled, and no staged image can be produced here.
  • The workspace, roles and credit ledger that would meter it are live.

Virtual staging waits on disclosure tooling and an asset review path. Shipping the renderer first would make the dishonest workflow the easiest one.

How it is meant to work

01

The empty original stays attached

Every staged asset keeps its source photograph, the prompt and the model version in the project record. A buyer's question has a one-click answer.

02

Scale checked against the room

Placement is constrained by detected floor planes and door heights. Furniture that could not physically fit is rejected before it is rendered.

03

The label is not a setting

The disclosure is written into the export metadata, repeated in the caption and shown beside the asset in the app.

Questions

Is virtual staging legal where I sell?

In most of the US, the EU, the UK, the UAE and Thailand it is permitted when the image is clearly labelled as virtually staged. Local rules differ and the responsibility for the label stays with the advertiser. This page is not legal advice.

Why is this page here if the feature does not exist?

Because agents search for it. Answering honestly — with the status stated before the pitch — is better than a dead link or a page that implies the capability exists.

Start with what exists

The workspace, the roles, the credit ledger and the invitation flow are live. Create the account now and be first in line when this milestone opens — no card is collected.
