Non-destructive, always
Every edit is a parameter, not a flattened file. Turn it off and the original returns. That matters when a seller asks what was changed.
Photo edits
Straighten, crop, balance and remove clutter on the still — reviewed before any motion is applied.
Not built. Editing happens on the source photograph, and every edit is reversible.
Most listing photos need the same four corrections: a straightened vertical, a tighter crop, a white-balance pass and a sky that is not grey. Photo edits run on the still, so the fix is visible before the film exists.

Clutter removal is limited to masks you draw: a bin, a cable, a reflection. The tool does not repaint a room, and it never adds furniture — that is a different feature with a different disclosure.
A film made from edited stills carries a caption flag. In markets where a materially altered image must be labelled, the label is not optional.
Not in photo edits. Virtual staging is a separate, explicitly labelled feature, and it is not scheduled. Structural changes are never offered: a moved wall is a misrepresentation, not a design decision.
That is the intent: edited stills are a deliverable on their own. It is not built yet, so today the answer is no.
