Draft, not legal advice

This text is a working draft prepared for the product build. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific advice. No billing or public generation launches before review.

These draft terms govern the hosted VividProp service during early access. They will be replaced by reviewed terms before billing or public generation opens.

1. The service

VividProp converts property photographs into marketing videos using deterministic animation and, when selected, third-party generative models. Features labelled as upcoming are not part of the current service.

2. Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and ensure that invited members are authorised to act for your organisation. The workspace owner is responsible for member roles and billing. A workspace owner is not a VividProp platform administrator and has no access to other organisations.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs and property information you upload and of the videos generated from them. You grant VividProp a limited licence to process that content to provide the service, including transfers to the video providers required by the mode you select.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the photographs, including consent for identifiable people and any third-party imagery.

4. AI-generated scenes

Cinematic AI can produce plausible but inaccurate depictions. Generated scenes are labelled in the project record. VividProp does not guarantee that AI output will be free of artefacts or faithful to the property, and does not present it as a virtual tour or a 3D reconstruction.

5. Credits and billing

Credit costs are shown before generation. Credits are organisation-scoped and non-transferable. Subscription credits and purchased packs follow the expiration rules displayed at purchase. Prices are selected server-side according to billing-country eligibility; changing a displayed currency does not change eligibility.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, abuse, unlawful content or a security risk, with a reason recorded internally. Where practical, we notify the owner and allow export of lawful content.

7. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a warranty that every render will be free from defects. Limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution clauses must be completed and reviewed before launch.
